Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall store management and operations.
- Develop and implement sales and gross profit plans.
- Communicate and execute plans from the operations department.
- Maintain communication with regional headquarters and other departments.
- Manage staff recruitment and evaluations.
- Handle unexpected incidents in-store to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in Chinese and Malay.
- 1-3 years of management experience in retail preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Resilient under pressure.
- Passion for trendy toys is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
