Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing outbound sales calls to customers from our existing database.
• Cold calling prospective clients and explaining our products.
• Upselling products by sharing our promotions and deals.
• Meeting or exceeding projected monthly KPIs.
• Building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Following a sales script to provide accurate product information.
• Handling difficult clients and enhancing sales techniques.
• Promoting products using persuasive language.
• Suggesting new promotional strategies to boost company growth.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month

Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
