Flame & Fern Cafe is seeking a skilled and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have strong kitchen management and supervisory skills, ensuring quality control of all dishes served. You will be actively involved in training and mentoring junior staff, enhancing their culinary skills.
Your role will include problem-solving, adhering to safety and hygiene standards, and providing effective communication and leadership throughout service. You’ll coordinate meal preparation and plating, ensuring timely execution of orders while managing food supplies and liaising with suppliers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,400.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
