Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking an HR Executive to oversee our recruitment, learning and development, and employee performance programs at TK Global Talent Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources, along with a thorough understanding of labor legislation.
The HR Executive will be responsible for updating HR policies, managing hiring processes, implementing performance reviews, and addressing employee grievances. Strong communication skills in Malay, English, and Mandarin are a plus.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary package ranging from RM2,700 to RM4,800 monthly. Additional benefits include meal provisions, promotion opportunities, and professional development.
