Deskripsi Kerja
Join Hatten Hotel Melaka as a Cost Controller! In this role, you will assist in determining and reporting the actual and potential costs of food and beverage sales. Your responsibilities will include recording food and beverage sales, preparing inventory control records, and analyzing sales volumes.
You will also collaborate closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams, supervise receiving processes, and ensure compliance with procedures related to storage and issuing.
Job Type: Permanent
