Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Operations Associate at Accenture. In this role, you will perform routine business processing transactions, including data entry, issuing policy documents, and analyzing accounts. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing work for multinational businesses, communicating with clients, and maintaining electronic databases.
As a part of our team, you will respond to queries, update payment information, and may function as a trainer for staff. You will also participate in weekly calls regarding outstanding accounts and prepare reports as requested by management.
