Deskripsi Kerja
SML Marine Agency SDN BHD is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the Shipping Industry, specifically in NVOCC or Freight Forwarding. Proficiency in English—both spoken and written—is essential for effective communication with clients.
The role includes facilitating communication between the Principal and customers, addressing customer inquiries, problem-solving, updating sailing schedules, creating bookings, and sourcing rates with our partners.
We offer a full-time position with a five-day work week (Monday to Friday). Benefits include health insurance, maternity leave, and parental leave, along with a yearly bonus.
