Deskripsi Kerja

Position Overview:

Maju Management Enterprise is seeking a dedicated Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and motivation within the sales team. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, achieving sales goals, maintaining customer service standards, and managing inventory effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma
• 2-3 years of retail or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to work shifts, 6 days a week, including public holidays

Salary: RM2,900.00 – RM3,500.00 per month with additional benefits including health insurance, annual leave, and a commission structure.
