Deskripsi Kerja

Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Verify client documents and update request statuses accordingly.
• Meet quarterly KPI targets set by the customer support manager.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the customer support manager.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and multitask.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM5,00.00/month
