Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan Career International FOS Sdn Bhd. You will handle customer inquiries via calls, email, and chat. Responsibilities include managing escalations and ensuring timely resolutions.

Requirements: Effective communication skills, fluency in English and Mandarin, and at least one year of customer service experience or a Diploma/Degree for fresh graduates.

This full-time position offers a salary of RM4,500.00 – RM6,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
