Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a qualified Human Resource Business Partner to join our team at Teleperformance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR management experience and be proficient in spoken and written English. Experience in supporting a start-up organization or in the BPO/shared services industry is preferred.
Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership on HR strategies, guiding stakeholders on HR matters, overseeing employee disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
