Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding customer inquiries and complaints.
- Resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers and fresh graduates are welcome.
- Able to start immediately.
Location: Nusa Jaya
Salary: RM1,900.00 – RM2,100.00 per month
