Deskripsi Kerja
Trocellen SEA Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant. Your role involves updating, filing, and maintaining records, responding to customer queries, and sending product information via fax or email.
Responsibilities include preparing brochures, arranging product samples, ensuring compliance with our Quality Management System, and building strong customer relationships. Candidates should possess a diploma in Marketing or Business with customer service experience.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. This full-time position offers a salary of RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month, Monday to Friday.
