Deskripsi Kerja
Haiya Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist. The ideal candidate will provide meaning-for-meaning interpreting, adhere to interpreter protocols, and maintain confidentiality in all communications. Key responsibilities include attending required training, improving vocabulary and subject knowledge, and proficiently using standard office equipment and MS Office applications.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly pay starting from RM4,500.00. Additional compensation includes attendance, performance, and yearly bonuses.
Preferred qualifications include STM/STPM education and 1 year of experience as a Customer Care Specialist. Fluency in Mandarin is required.
