Join One of Singapore’s Leading Public Healthcare Institutions as a Patient Service Associate. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can provide friendly and efficient customer service while creating a welcoming environment for all patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and schedule patient appointments
- Assist doctors with administrative tasks
- Manage inquiries via email, phone, and in-person
- Perform cashiering duties
- Provide chaperone assistance
- Maintain clinic cleanliness
Benefits: Monthly salary RM8,00.00 – RM10,00.00, health insurance, performance bonuses, and more.
Requirements: Minimum SPM, customer service experience, computer proficiency, and strong communication skills.
