Deskripsi Kerja
MYJANNAH BABY SHOP is seeking a proactive and friendly Digital Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. If you enjoy flexible work and customer interaction, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages on Shopee & TikTok.
- Handle customer complaints and process refunds.
- Monitor customer ratings and feedback.
- Conduct product photoshoots & update images.
- Update product listings on Shopee & TikTok.
Criteria:
- Female only (ages 25-40).
- Basic computer skills required.
- Flexible work schedule, but must be present in the office when needed.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary RM1,00.
- EPF provided.
- Yearly bonus upon achieving KPIs.
