Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Specialist to join SCIKEY (SRKay Consulting Group). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their queries via phone, email, or chat. You will resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should have a customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant diploma is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
