Deskripsi Kerja

IT Business Solutions Sdn Bhd is looking for a talented and motivated Customer Ops Analyst. Key responsibilities include order fulfillment, resolving order issues, assisting with inventory, managing customer inquiries, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collecting customer feedback. Collaboration with tax, legal, and trade compliance teams is essential.

Skills Required: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance, experience in Sales Order Management/Supply Chain Operations, adaptability, analytical mindset, results-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)

Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
