Join TLV Logistics Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will handle inbound call inquiries, provide effective solutions to customer issues, and follow up with users in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma & above
• Preferable experience in Call Center/BPO
• Required languages: English & Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month

Benefits: Health insurance, Professional development

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay
