Deskripsi Kerja
MQ Communications Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to join our team. You will handle data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy in all records.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare payments for suppliers and subcontractors, process petty cash claims, perform bank reconciliations, and collaborate with the procurement department.
Requirements: Minimum Certificate in Business Studies or Diploma in Accountancy, 1-2 years of experience. Knowledge of SAP and Singapore GST is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day or Afternoon shifts
Expected Start Date: 10/21/2024
