Deskripsi Kerja
Company Background: We are a service provider specializing in permit, road tax, and insurance services.
Work Location: Malim, Melaka
Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Salary: Basic + Commission (RM2,300.00 – RM2,500.00 per month)
Requirements:
- SPM holder or above
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential; our market predominantly speaks Mandarin.
- Open to fresh graduates; training provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Manage order tracking and delivery updates.
- Resolve post-purchase issues ensuring satisfaction.
