Deskripsi Kerja

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan Career International FOS Sdn Bhd. This position involves engaging with customers through inbound and outbound calls, and online inquiries to resolve routine issues regarding our client’s products or services.

Essential Functions:

• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Clarify customer needs and provide effective resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of client products.

Requirements:

• SPM or higher, with 1-year customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.

Salary: Up to RM4,500 with benefits.
