Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin to join our team at Eastern Suntech Engineering & Construction Sdn. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing job descriptions and managing the employment process.
- Orienting new employees and training current staff.
- Monitoring employee performance and ensuring workplace satisfaction.
- Overseeing health and safety protocols.
- Implementing staff development procedures.
- Maintaining accurate payroll and benefits administration.
- Providing guidance on HR policies.
- Maintaining organized electronic employee records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
