Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at MEGAMAL PINANG JMB as a Customer Service Representative! You will assist customers by addressing service challenges and providing solutions. Essential tasks include managing customer correspondence and investigating complaints to ensure satisfaction.
This full-time position offers a starting salary of RM1,700.00 per month, with benefits such as health insurance, maternity leave, and opportunities for promotion. Additional pay includes attendance and performance bonuses.
Preferred qualifications: STM/STPM education, 1 year of customer service experience, and fluency in English and Bahasa; Mandarin is a plus.
Expected start date: October 28, 2024.
