Deskripsi Kerja
Join our leading global BioChemical company as we expand our first overseas factory in Tanjung Langsat, Johor. We are seeking a passionate Assistant Production Manager to be part of our pioneering team, offering an attractive salary package.
Responsibilities: Develop departmental plans, manage budget, oversee production forecasts, monitor quality, and optimize team performance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, preferably Chemical; over 8 years of production experience with 3 years in a managerial role.
Benefits: Competitive salary (RM10,00.00 – RM12,00.00/month), KPI incentives, 5 work days/week, and overseas training opportunities.
