Work location: Tanjung Langsat, Johor
Responsibilities:
- Conduct job analysis and determine staffing requirements.
- Manage equipment maintenance and oversee performance management.
- Implement and evaluate new equipment and systems.
- Ensure safety and efficiency in all operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields; experience in chemical equipment maintenance; Mandarin is required.
Pay: RM10,00.00 – RM12,00.00 per month with performance bonuses.
