KyoChon Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant HR Manager to lead our recruitment and selection process. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, assessing candidates, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, assisting in performance management, and addressing HR-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will also help organize training sessions and contribute to HR projects to enhance employee satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,500.00 per month
Experience: 2 years in recruitment preferred
