Deskripsi Kerja
SF GLOBAL EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Customer Service Representative! Handle inbound calls in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Assist with export/import requirements and manage special shipments.
Key Responsibilities: Articulate customer issues, update CRM statuses, and complete additional management tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM in any field.
- Experience is a plus.
- Eager to learn.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Willing to work shifts.
- Typing speed > 50 WPM.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Type: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: RM2,500.00 to RM4,200.00 (monthly)
