Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at SF GLOBAL EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will handle inbound calls for customer inquiries in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. You will provide advice on export/import requirements and escalate any shipments requiring special handling. Utilize our CRM to update the status of issues and communicate effectively with customers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM in any field.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
- Typing speed of over 50 WPM.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM4,200.00 per month
