Deskripsi Kerja
Join the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur as an Assistant Manager in our Restaurant Reservations Centre. You will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our Food & Beverage department, aligning with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary responsibility is to assist in managing daily administrative tasks, exceeding the expectations of associates, guests, and owners.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader in a hotel’s Call Centre, strong communication and customer relations skills. This role is open only to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents.
