Deskripsi Kerja
Wong Engineering Corporation Berhad is seeking a qualified Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field and possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with customers about purchase orders.
- Generating sales orders using SAP.
- Coordinating delivery arrangements.
- Communicating delivery status to customers.
- Handling customer complaints effectively.
This full-time position offers a salary of RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month, along with benefits including health insurance and maternity leave.
