Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Affin Bank
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for systems associated with Board members, Senior Management, Business Units, Remisiers, and Day Traders.
- Ensure optimal resource management in daily operations.
- Implement controls and processes to meet business and regulatory expectations.
- Maintain quality support processes for projects and business-as-usual.
- Manage troubleshooting and maintenance of IT devices.
- Deliver on-site/off-site support for IMAC and Deskside Break Fix services.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support and service delivery.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
