Deskripsi Kerja
MRT Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistic, Procurement, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is essential, along with strong Microsoft Tools skills.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a positive attitude, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service. A willingness to travel outstation once a month is required.
This full-time position offers a salary range of RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00, along with benefits like free parking and professional development opportunities.
