Deskripsi Kerja
Shalz Empire is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in both paper and digital formats
- Handling queries via phone and email
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms
- Arranging post and deliveries
- Typing up letters and reports
- Updating computer records using a database
- Printing and photocopying
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining office systems
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and staff in other departments
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
