Deskripsi Kerja

Perfect Host (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Intern Front Office Assistant. The front office executive plays a crucial role in managing operations, greeting guests, and handling day-to-day property needs, including rental processes and tenant interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Register guests and assign rooms.
  • Assist with room reservations and special requests.
  • Follow proper credit and cash-handling policies.
  • Coordinate room status with housekeeping.
  • Maintain guest room key storage.
  • Monitor Online Travel Agents (OTA) management.
  • Report unusual occurrences to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,00.00/month

Benefits: Meal provided

Schedule: Day, Early, Evening shifts

Education: STM/STPM required

Expected Start Date: 11/01/2024

  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
  • Minimum Age of 18 Years
  • Minimum Education of High School Diploma
