Job Responsibilities:

• Perform secretarial duties and handle confidential matters.
• Manage schedules and coordinate both internal and external meetings.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and visas as needed.
• Provide ad-hoc support and errands for the superior as required.
• Maintain a business/client contact database.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• Language proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant.
