Deskripsi Kerja

SKP BM ELECTRONICS SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to enhance our training and recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), manage employee training records, and oversee our e-Learning portal. Responsibilities also include preparing offer letters, conducting orientation training, and assisting in worker briefings.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
