This role will involve directing and managing the mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation support teams to ensure optimal asset performance.

The Maintenance Lead will implement best practices in maintenance planning and scheduling, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and meet performance expectations.
