Deskripsi Kerja

Join Wild Boocha as a Brewery Operations Manager! In this role, you will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations, prevent out-of-stock situations, and maintain product quality.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Setting daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for the team.
  • Managing workflow and supervising logistics for incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Overseeing bottling and packing processes.
  • Monitoring production and addressing any efficiency issues.
  • Training new employees on safety and operational procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
