Teleperformance is seeking a skilled Real-Time Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong data analytics skills, and proficiency in Excel. A solid understanding of call center statistics is essential. Responsibilities include real-time monitoring, reporting, and analysis of agent activity, ensuring schedule adherence, and analyzing call trends to meet service level goals. Candidates should be flexible with scheduling and possess a strong attendance record. Knowledge of VBA, macros, and dashboard development is a plus.
