PERSADA GLOBAL HOLIDAYS SDN. BHD., a leading company in the Umrah industry with over 12 years of experience, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

Job Details:

• Position: Customer Service
• Location: Setia Alam
• Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,200 per month
• Benefits: Including EPF & SOCSO contributions

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to Umrah packages and company services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Manage bookings and handle customer feedback.
• Act as a bridge between the company and customers.

• Minimum Education of High School Diploma
• Able to Work Under Pressure
• Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
