Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our Healing Chat Support team. You will provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are required. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
