Deskripsi Kerja
Hatten Hotel Melaka is seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Coordinator to enhance our guest experience and boost occupancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing correspondence, and supporting departmental functions. A strong focus on customer service and the ability to assist guests over the phone is essential.
This full-time, permanent role offers benefits such as health insurance, maternity leave, and opportunities for promotion. We prefer candidates with a diploma or advanced diploma, and at least one year of experience as a Sales Coordinator. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa is preferred.
