Deskripsi Kerja
OAG Group of Companies is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 2-3 years in the human resources field. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field and have basic knowledge of Labor Law.
Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment cycle, conducting interviews, background checks, and overseeing employee onboarding. Additionally, you will handle employee relations, performance appraisals, and general office administration.
Strong communication skills in Malay and English are essential. We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from RM2,800.00 to RM4,500.00 per month. The work schedule is Monday to Friday.
