Deskripsi Kerja
AGX LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage shipping operations and enhance communication with customers, vendors, and networks. Responsibilities include opening job files, preparing shipping instructions, managing documentation, coordinating with port and carrier, and updating customers on shipment statuses.
Qualifications include experience in the shipping/logistics industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and local language. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from RM2,500.00 to RM3,500.00 per month.
The expected start date is 11/15/2024.
