Deskripsi Kerja
Join Upscale Sdn Bhd as an IT Voice and Data Technician! You will be responsible for the deployment, installation, testing, and commissioning of systems at customer sites, as well as performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Your role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues, providing support to customers, and conducting user training. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or degree in Computer Science or IT, strong technical skills in telecommunication, and excellent communication abilities in English or Bahasa Malaysia. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within Malaysia are essential.
