Deskripsi Kerja
Join Teleperformance as an Experienced QA Tester! We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have at least 1 year of experience in a call center QA role. You must be proficient in both English and Japanese, able to work rotational shifts, and ready to start immediately after EP approval.
Your responsibilities will include constructing searches and reports for automated analysis, making strategic recommendations, conducting evaluations, and monitoring trainee performance. You will also identify training needs in collaboration with the operations team.
