Deskripsi Kerja
DZ ANGKASA PROPERTY CONSULTANTS SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Building Technician to manage general maintenance activities. Responsibilities include oversight of building systems, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works, as well as supervising contracted services. You will ensure all facilities are in optimal working condition and address maintenance requests promptly.
This is a full-time contract position for 12 months, offering a monthly salary of RM1,700.00 to RM2,300.00, plus overtime. Preferred qualifications include a Malaysian Special Skills Certificate and at least one year of facilities maintenance experience.
