Job Scope:
As an HR Executive, you will manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR projects and employee engagement programs.
- Handle HR queries, leave management, and conflict resolution.
- Implement HR policies and ensure OSHA compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- 2-5 years of HR experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM3,300.00 – RM3,700.00/month
