Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Store Manager for Mothers First Choice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales targets, motivating staff, hiring and promoting new employees, and providing training opportunities. You will also mediate disputes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure consistent quality across the region. Regular communication with clients and maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract (3 months)
Pay: RM1,600.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule: Afternoon, Day, Evening shifts
Experience: 1 year in Retail Management and Store Management (Preferred). Willingness to travel (50% preferred).
